MBT Series Rebar Coupler
MBT couplers allow reinforcing bars to be joined without any bar-end preparation or rotation during installation. Each bar is held securely inside the coupler using two hardened, serrated saddles that provide a strong mechanical grip.
The MBT series is designed for connecting rebars of the same diameter and is especially useful in situations where bar rotation is not possible. These couplers are available for bar sizes ranging from 12 mm to 40 mm.

MBT Couplers
MBT couplers offer a reliable solution for joining reinforcement bars without threading or other end treatments. The bars are secured by serrated saddles and a set of specially designed lock-shear bolts. These bolts are tightened until the heads shear off at a preset torque, giving a clear visual indication that proper installation has been achieved.
MBT couplers are commonly used in column splicing, bridge structures, piling works, beams, and closure pours. They are available for rebar diameters of 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm, and 40 mm.
Installation
Installation can be carried out using standard hand tools. For faster and more convenient installation, electric or power screwdrivers may also be used. Specialist tools can be purchased or hired from local hardware suppliers if required.
